Anybody following Shotshow 2017? Anything new coming out in the revolver categories? Saw Colt came out with a new compact double action revolver. I've been looking at getting a Ruger LCR. I really like the price point. I've never owned a single revolver in my life, but want to get one for everyday carry. One that doesn't break the bank. (Got plenty that have "broken the bank" already lol)

After 5 years, I still like my LCR-357 a lot, for when the tiny size is needed.

I bought it because I liked the trigger and the perceived recoil to my hand was much better than the S&W versions at the time. Yes, it's snappy with full house loads but still quite manageable. From my perspective it is a "get off me gun" that is tiny enough to not get left at home as often as my 15 round 9mm compacts.

LCR would get my vote due to size and weight.

For myself I'd wait until the Colt Cobra's started shipping and buy one. Of course I have a thing for Colt snubbies and already have a Detective Special and the original Cobra.
