I have a large boar head that i have buried to let the decomposers decompose. How long do i leave it underground if I'm wanted most of the flesh to be dissolved? When i remove it, what are the next steps i should take to prepare it and bleach it for a euro style mount? The more info and details y'all can give me the better as I'm pretty much in the dark in this area.

It may take a year or more to decompose. The best way to de-flesh it is to boil or use beetles. Then use peroxide to whiten the bone. You need to get the strong stuff from a beauty supply shop. The peroxide you get at the drug store is too weak.

As mustafa said look for youtube vids.
