I have a Cabelas stuffer that needs a rubber gasket on the plunger and can't seem to get the folks at Cabelas to sell me one..... I spent about an hour on the phone with them the other day and was suppose to get a call be in 1-2 business days, that was Monday!!
Any one know where to order these from? All I had was a serial number and they didn't seem to want anything other than a model number and this one is about 15+ years old.

Make one out of rubber hose, I use hospital O2 line. Cut to length then use a toothpick in the center to close the circle load stuffer drop your circle on top of meat and stuff. Used to wrap edge of plunger in freezer tape but O2 hose is easier to deal with. My stuffer was made 1880's so parts are hard to find.

I tried that but could not get it to hold together and/or stop the blow-back of meat.

Try and super glue the ends. Are you using latex hose? Also might wanna lube the gasket with olive oil. Check ebay for a.gasket with the same dimensions.

I had to replace the entire plunger on mine several years back. It was either LEM or Weston that built those for Cabelas. That part is the floating plunger O-ring. Give LEM and Weston a call and see if they can send you one... I can't remember if I got mine replaced through Cabelas or another route online. I do remember that it was a challenge to get to the level of customer service at Cabelas that could actually help.

After doing a BIG web dig I believe I was able to come across a product number for just the O-ring. Going to give it another try and see if I can get some results with it.
Wish me luck!!
If it is unproductive I will look into LEM or Weston, thank you for the information.
