My 1st Chef's knife, that I can remember anyway. I have a good friend opening a restaurant and he wanted me to make him one, here is my version of a 6" chefs knife. I like is so much I'm going to make myself one.
6" chefs knife (11" total)
blade 52100 steel, with differential heat treatment and acid etch.
handle is stabilized Box Elder, SS bolster, some Mosaic pins.
