My 1st Chef's knife, that I can remember anyway. I have a good friend opening a restaurant and he wanted me to make him one, here is my version of a 6" chefs knife. I like is so much I'm going to make myself one.

6" chefs knife (11" total)
blade 52100 steel, with differential heat treatment and acid etch.
handle is stabilized Box Elder, SS bolster, some Mosaic pins.

If you were to make another, would you want to sell one?

Excellent all the way around. I really like the design, I may have to copy that and make one for myself. I'm a cooking freak. roflmao

made another one, this one for myself I've been using it some for cooking, I might put it through some tougher testing this weekend depending on how I feel.

any way its same general size and shape but with Buffalo horn scales and brass hardware.
