 Looking for Hunt in West TX - Pecos area

I will be working in the Pecos area starting in early Feb and was wondering in there were any DIY hunts in the around the area. The hunt will be have to be flexible due to work schedule and on Sundays. Not looking for any animal in particular, just looking for a West Texas adventure hunt.
