Looking for someone to reload 50-60 rounds of 378 Weatherby Mag. Ill supply all the components. Just need a good reliable person with the knowledge for big caliber mags.

The .378 isn't particularly difficult to load for, but I've found a wide variance in velocity from nominally identical loads with different powders. As I recall, the range was something like 200 fps, so treat the published load data with a certain amount of skepticism.

What bullet are you using?

A single stage press, lee hand trimmer, beam scale and seating bullets at magazine length will probably get you as close as anything will for not much money. But if you don't want to reload, i'd still seek a professional.

syncerus, I really like the Barnes TSX in other rounds but havent shot any in my 378 yet.

Saeed on Accurate Reloading indicates that there's no real point in driving the 300 grain TSX much over 2800 fps for use on most game, since the penetration decreases at higher velocities and the expansion at 2800 fps is perfectly adequate. As he's performed extensive testing and has shot several hundred head of dangerous game, I took his commentary at face value and developed a moderate load with MagPro that runs about 2850 fps. I've read that MagPro has some temperature sensitivity, but don't think it meaningful in a load so far below maximum.
