Hey everyone, TFF member moving over to THF finally wink

Anyone know of a source for SSG-82 parts? I broke the aluminum trigger on my dad's and need a replacement for him. Would also love a replacement stock and bolt if anyone knows of a source ANYWHERE.

I tore it down last week and the trigger group is pretty slick. I was dry firing it when the trigger just snapped, which it turns out is common. Funny though because the trigger is only adjustable from like .5 to 1lb so I barely touched it.

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of available parts for these rifles. I looked at a few forums and multiple people mentioned fabricating a steel trigger to replace the easily broken aluminum triggers. Maybe you could find a machine shop that could help you out and make a new one, might be the easiest solution but not necessarily the cheapest.

Have you tried Numrich gun parts? They carry lots of NOS stuff but not sure on the foreign guns.

That may be a hard one if Wikipedia is right. It says Century only imported like 600 of the things. You may have to find someone with access to parts in Germany that will ship it.

I'll check with numrich gun parts. My sister lives in Germany so I'll ask her to do some digging again. Last time she found a trigger and a bolt but they were gone by the time we tried to order them smirk

I had heard of a compatible trigger from another gun but can't remember what gun it was. Apparently it wasn't nearly as delicate.
