My coyote alarm aka my Great Pyrenese was going crazy this morning. I knew it had to be a coyote. He was standing 50 yards behind our chicken pen. Luckily I took the AR out with me. He trotted out to about 150 yields before he stopped and that's an easy shot with this setup.. Needless to say my 8 year old couldn't have been happier the next time he gets to take the shot. My only issue is my 55gr Superformance typically do t exit this time it did. Anyone ever try a 75 grain hollow point?

75Gr Hp are tougher and will exit most times. The 60gr VMax will not exit for most part and loaded by Black Hills

I agree, in my experience the 75's will often exit smaller feral hogs. I should breeze thru a yote.

Great work!
55gr V-max. 204 yard female last week right behind the shoulder, dropped without a step. One small hole but the heart and lungs were jello.
