As luck would have it, once I get settled in my lease family decides they don't wanna lease anymore. Would like to find a small lease for one gun, which would be me and my immediate family. The wife and kids enjoy coming out but don't hunt, maybe one of these days they will. would like water/electricity as we would be staying in our travel trailer. Hoping to find an annual lease, so I can hunt hogs outside deer season and hopefully exotics. Price is negotiable depending on what the ranch has to offer. UPDATE TO POST: Willing to travel as far as Llano down/around SH 16 or towards Junction of IH-10. Would still like to find a place for myself and my family to keep things simple and reduce the drama. If you have something that fits he bill, let me know.

SnS the family has decided they are getting out of the hunting lease aspect of ranching, that's why I'm leaving that ranch. If it wasn't for that I'd still be on the ranch. So sending a PM wouldn't help ya much, sorry brother.

Still looking, wanna be about 1.5hrs from Kerrville in any direction. I have corn/protein feeders and blinds just looking for a place to hunt.
