I had a buddy my last deployment get shot in the leg just a graze wound but the bullet went through his Pmag gen 2 and he was still able to return fire without changing mags. Didn't know the mag or his leg was hit until after his adrenaline came down. The weapon was slung using a one point sling weapon was hanging on the side of his body with mag resting on his leg. The bullet went between his leg and magazine catching a little more mag then leg. I don't see what could be improved.

Well if they are comparing to usgi mags, the benefit would be the Pmag would be less likely to have feed lip problems. The gen 3 pmag has an over travel stop built into the spine.
