I took them out for a couple of hours to watch their dogs. Luckily we found 8 coveys and killed around a dozen in that short hunt.
They always help clean birds. The youngest is in charge of pulling the heads off and the oldest snaps the wings. I hope there are still quail around when they get to be my age.
