and what holster system do you use? I normally wear under armor basketball shorts. What would be the best way to carry with those? I carry a sig 226 at work, but was looking for something a little smaller in a 9mm. Not too concerned about price.

My daily is a G20 in 10mm in a Cross Breed IWB worn strong side. When I wear gym shorts, I carry a Kahr PM40. I have a holster I made with a kydex shell for the PM40 to hold the pistol, and put a large piece of velcro on the back of the holster. I made a belly band out of 4" stretch material you find at any sewing place. I sewed the opposite velcro on the stretchy belly band material, and the holster will stick to it however I position it (canted, straight up, etc). I normally wear it where the holster is held by the waist band of my shorts, where the pistol butt is exposed under my shirt for easy draw. It has worked well for going to the grocery store or out exercising.

I have 4 depending on the clothing I am wearing and the "need" that is perceived.

Bersa Thunder 380
Glock 19
S&W Shield 9mm
Colt 1911 38 Super

I prefer inside the waistband holsters. Any quality holster will get the job done.

I carry a Glock 19 in a couple different JM custom kydex holsters.... mostly AIWB or sometimes regular 4 o'clock IWB.

If you want to carry a good sized gun in basketball shorts with no belt, I'd recommend a belly band. Crossbreed has a good one.

Glock 43 in a DM Bullard leather belt holster (I don't tuck my shirt in).

When wearing basketball shorts, I don't carry.

I recently started carrying a Ruger LCR with a Remora no clip holster and I love it!

Very comfy, wear it all day, doesn't bother me while sitting in the car either. If I am in a rush I will carry it appendix, but if I have time I will position it on my strong side.

Don't give me any grief, but its a .22lr... eeks333

Its very easy to shoot, has 8 rounds, and is supper light.

The grip material/stippling is outstanding, believe they're now using it on the M&P 2.0. I really want the performance center Shield in 9mm-if they make one in .45 I may just sell my soul...

Oh, so BIL said I was fat, huh! LOL. I recently got a G23, and want to convert over to that, but haven't yet. I used to carry My G29, but I was always worried about printing. I don't care about that now, and carry a G20, 99% of the time.

Sig P226 with TLR1 and extended mag. Carry it string side in a FFR holster. I use this setup on duty and off, holster included. Some days I'm wearing it 18hrs. Can't help you for wearing athletic shorts

S&W 340PD (.357) or a Glock 43. Holsters are OWB, snap over the belt, made by Turner Leather works
