Does anyone make a window that allows half of it slide but also allow the entire window to hinge ? Thanks in advance for any input.

What I want is something comparable to a deer view horizontal slider but mount it vertically so I can slide the top half down for gun hunting or swing entire window open for bow hunting. Does someone make such an animal and maybe I'm just overlooking it ?

You need to look at a "double hung" window, that will get you closer to what your thinking, especially one with the tilt feature used for cleaning. FWIW, you want to always install the window in the way it was designed, since they are built to drain in that orientation.

Thanks, I will look at those. I'm gonna be building 3 new blinds that are round-60" diameter. Wanted to find one window to do both jobs.

An idea, make an internal frame for the window that is on hinges that can swing out with the window installed in it but can latch in a closed position and then you can slide the window down.

I don't know if that makes sense, but it works perfectly in my mind..lol
