We are on our way home from an amazing week in West Texas. The experience far exceeded our expectations. My FIL and BIL shot very nice trophies. I passed several shooters and missed the opportunity to shoot another because i walked away from my rifle to glass a canyon. My first and best opportunity came during the very first hour of hunting and I just couldn't make myself shoot that early. I wanted to hunt. With 5 minutes of shooting light left on the last evening I opted to take a nice management 4x4. The deer were in full rut. Awesome ranch, great outfitting operation.
