Buzz, we went cheap around here tonight. Picked up a $5.00 quesadilla pizza at Walmart and have to admit, it was pretty darned good.

Didn't see this earlier, but we had steaks from my "backyard" grass-fed steer that was just back from the butcher. T-bones, rib-steaks, and sirloin. All cooked medium rare, served with baked potatoes and fresh-frozen corn.
