Anyone ever get creeped out in SHNF? I don't know what the deal is. I just can't help but feel like someone is always watching me or something is behind me all the time out there. I don't believe in ghosts, but i have seen some un-explainable things out there at night time.

There's a perfectly logical explanation for what goes on in the SHNF.

Its definitely creepy walking through those woods in the pitch dark. Im never thinking ghosts Im always thinking chewbacca is somewhere hiding out there.

Cant wait to shoot him . Woops I mean see him.

I remember one time i was sitting around the campfire with friends, and we all looked up and saw what looked like someone carrying a lantern down the road. We hollered and tryed to say hello, but it kept moving down the road, bobbing up and down, except there was no one carrying it. I heard since then that mountain lion's eyes can look like that at night, but it sure looked like a lantern to all of us.

scratch Back in 09 twas down thar at Uncle Sams doing a walk-a-bout... When late at night, got turned around... Twas wondering about for several days & nights, beaten on stumps & screaming like a sissy in hopes of keeping them squashes using chubracaba's as thar hounds at bay... It worked, confused2 this twas around latter part of Jan....
Some say it sounded like the screams of a mountain lien... It's a jungle out thar... flag

Someone that hunts the sam a lot told a friend of mine that he's seen skunk apes out there. Said he was sleeping in the back of his truck and something tapped him on his shoulder. He woke up and it was a skunk ape roflmao

I'd like to hear the rest of that story. Guessing it ended with him having to change his drawers....or he woke up. Did it hand him some jerky?
