Several years ago(either 2012 or 2013) I was looking really hard in to fiberglass blinds. I came close to pulling the trigger on Boss deer blind(w/ 8ft tower) for around $2700. I was also considering a little shop out of Round Mountain that quoted me around 1800 for one(w/ 10ft tower). I ended up going to lowes and spending around 100 to repair my existing ground blind.
Well, my ground blind is still fine, but I am wanting to upgrade and move to a fence line about 200 yds from my ground blind where most of my deer traffic is. My question is, is it even possible to find a 4x6 fiberglass blind with a 8ft+ tower for under 2k? I doubt the guy out of Round Mountain would ever get close to that number now.

These are good people and I have bought a stand from them. It's going to be hard with your budget but maybe if you can go with a 5 foot tower you can get it at your price. http://westexhuntingsupply.com/fiberglass_blinds.htm

I bought a Ranch King Little Buck (4x5) on a 4' stand this year and love this blind. They have larger sized too but for the money and quality I like the Little Buck. Air tight, no wasps, quiet windows. You can order taller legs or add your own. Stand is pretty light weight but not fiberglass. Cost about 1700. I looked long and hard at lots of fiberglass stands. If you go fiberglass make sure it has no wood (or wood floor) in it. Also, I was told by many folks that the fiberglass seems to attract wasps more.

Buy the blind, build your own tower. 1 1/2" angle iron for legs, 2" for top for blind to sit on. Can bolt or weld.
