They have a booth at the DSC this weekend. He posted on the DSC thread in Open Hunting.

Hey guys sorry I have not posted much here lately, I stop by often but haven't had much time to post or many opinions to contribute. We have been very busy here lately to be honest. We recently re developed our website horizonfireams.com updated and added products to iotaoutdoors.com created our blog customrifles.com. We developed 5 base rifle models and have started a dealer network and signed with the same rep group that handles Vortex in the south east. They will be reps for our rifles and our products. We have a new 27 oz sporter stock and light weight bipod rail we are releasing at DSC at our booth this year. We have a 40 footer up stairs by Ranch Hand. Then we head to SHOT then to Harrisburg. We are also hosting an Africa night at our proshop on the 13 if you are around town. Will also be hosting it on Facebook live if you ever wanted to go to Africa. We have added a few new faces to the team here recently to. Just placed a big order for proof barrels so you guys looking to do carbon fiber builds we will have plenty of them. And on the side working on potentially a long range muzzle loader if we can get that all figured out. I appreciate very much you guys keeping up with us. I have a new director of marketing that worked with me at Bowtech and she has been doing a great job with our Facebook and instagram so be sure to follow us there, as well as on Eastmans as we have been working with them on our iota products. I hope everyone had a great hunting season and good holidays with your family.

Hey Derrick, so glad to hear ya'll are rockin!! That new stock with a 20" Proof Barrel and a Defiance ultralight action sounds REALLY nice. I'm toying with building an ultralight. I was going to talk to Rifles Inc , MG Arms and Proof about building one for me at the DSC convention Saturday. Proof's is just too darn expensive although a great rifle. I'll see you Saturday, I want to see the stock, we can chat.

Thanks look forward to seeing you there. Be sure to check our endeavor sounds like what you are looking for. Also wanted to mention that for the ones trying to get a hold of us we got a new phone system last week and our shop number is 9792294664. The other number is still my Cell but it can be hard to catch me on that during the day, the shop we have multiple people that can get to the phone now.

Here is the link to the endeavor

Now That's just plain sexy , see you there, we can talk pricing and lead time. 6.5 Creedmore of course. I found myself doing more walking than usual this year while hunting. My 6.5 Weatherby is great for sitting in a blind but a little heavy to "stalk" with all day, I'm old and have a bad "everything".

I see you really like Africa, almost affordable.......

No problem at all on this end to be honest it may help us. We already report FET tax and we are an 07 manufacture not a gunsmith. We have been paying the Itar since I started this business. Where a lot of guys get in trouble is they never paid it and don't intend to pay it. There has never really been an enforcing branch now the ATF is asked to enforce it. What it will stop is a lot of the guys doing small numbers of builds on remington 700 not claiming them as manufactured parts and paying the 11% FET. See if a builder provides the action its grey area but technically they are manufacturing the rifle and owe the FET after they build over 49 rifles for the year. Thats how the smaller builders can remain cheaper pricing, its really a screwed up mess. I really wish builders did not have to give the government 11% off the top, would make is cheaper to do business.
