Wouldn't mind another lower group buy if prices were good. Maybe a scope

Either a blue printed 700 action or a custom action. A barreled action would work too

Optics
-Sig Kilo's
-Sig Whiskey series
etc

Firearms
-Tikka in some caliber
-Some type of action to build on (personal preference is NOT a Savage action)
-Begara in some caliber maybe?

Rifles are similar to boats and young women...there's no end to how much money you can pour into them without making them any more useful.

Savage action. I would love to build a gun, but will never spend more for a custom action than a whole gun is worth.

I'm sure there are plenty of people to tell me I'm wrong, but in my mind an action only takes a bullet from the magazine and delivers it to the chamber, no need to spend a boat load on one, id rather spend my money on a barrel and optics.

That's what Tikkas are for.
