Just finished my semi integral 458 Socom build. The tube, mount, and first 2 baffles are 304ss; the end cap and rest of the baffles are anodized 7075 aluminum. Baffles are simple 60 degree cones, all but the first two are clipped.
It's a 9.5" suppressor attached to an 8" Tromix stainless barrel to keep it a single stamp gun.
All parts were turned from bar stock. I still need to blast it to take the shine off for hunting.
1.75" od tube shoved in a 1.80" id handguard.

Very nice! When I see all of the work that you've done, I feel embarrassed to to have just bought my Bowers 458. That's really a slick set up. As a test, I put my Bowers on a single shot .45-70 with the barrel cut to 17".

How did you avoid the second stamp for the SBR? Is the suppressor permanently attached?

Suppressor is welded to barrel to be over 16". I don't have any reason to shoot this one without the suppressor

I don't think anyone has gotten a post-July form 1 back yet from what I've heard. So who knows.

Nice! That's a great-looking setup.

They are the equivalent of the Hwy Dept, 6 men standing around leaning on shovels watching 1 man work.
