Tikka hands down. Savage is a close second IMO. Ditto. I have 3, and for the money all shoot sub MOA and all were around $600-650 (338 federal stainless lite, 300 WM stainless superlight, 270 stainless superlight). Sakos are nice and likely a little more accurate but double the cost to get the 5 round MOA guarantee.
