I know, his property and he can do what he wants to with it. I think the feeder is a little too close to the fence. This pic was taken from my side of the fence looking at his stand in the back ground.

Put your stand up to the left of where picture was taken don't worry about putting up a feeder that fence will have deer on both sides.

I shoot pigs at night, in the head. Keeps me out of the bar chasing things that cost more than thermal scopes.

If he shoots and the bullets travels over your property this is against the law. Notify GW before an accident happens.
Blind can be close to property line but can't shot onto property.

Wow that is close. I do not understand some people. I like the idea of building a blind on your side of the fence.

I'd go with the blind on your side of the fence facing his feeder.
Let him spend the money on corn and shoot the deer on your side going to his feeder.
Leave the gut pile on the fenceline right next to his feeder.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

Just hunt that fence line. You'll have a spot with free corn!

Lets see...
"My property, I can do what I want"
"I don't care if my neighbor likes it or not"
"I've hunted that 12 point for 3 years, its my deer"
just a few of the ones I've heard.

" I don't hunt turkeys because I want to, I hunt turkeys because I have to."

I would kindly ask him how he thinks that his bullet won't travel across your fenceline. If that doesn't work call the GW or get creative.

Dangerous situation and against the law. Call the game warden immediately.

Put up a pop up blind right on the fence, not to hunt out of. Just to make him think about it. 2cents

If he is stupid enough to do that, then he is to stupid to reason with. Let the Game Warden do the talking.

There is no way a shot taking at anything under that feeder, from the blind in the background, will stay on their side of the fence. It's illegal to take a shot that knowingly crosses onto someone else's property.

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.

I agree 100%, but GW's generally can't do anything until an offense has actually been committed. A more proactive GW could easily justify talking to the guy about the potential problems, but no enforcement action can be taken until there is evidence that a bullet actually crossed the fence. Under normal circumstances, that can be difficult to prove.

I have called a game warden before on circumstances just like the OP. Problem was solved. I guess my experiences were different than others. The feeders were always moved shortly after.

That picture represents a total lack of decency, respect, and common sense towards another person/neighbor. Amazing what some people will do
