We are looking for a deer lease anywhere outside the Dallas Fort Worth area preferably only 2-3 hours away or less but willing to consider driving further if the conditions are right. We are a friendly and responsible bunch, 2 middle aged men and a young son, who are always respectful of the land and the land owner. Here are some things we are looking for..

-3 gun lease that is 200+ acres (preferably being the only 3 on the lease)
-year around access to set up blinds, fill feeders, check cameras etc.
-long term possibility, this would ideally be a place that we could lease for many years to come if the owner will have us. We are not trying to pay for a multi year lease agreement upfront, just a yearly agreement with a strong possibility of renewing every year. We are willing to put in any work that is needed to improve the land and the habitat. I would love to have a place to work on, improve, and hunt every year with the possibility to teach my future kids on as well.
- No sleeping, water or electric required.
