 High Fence Distance Between T-Posts/Pipe

Can someone tell me the general rule for a high fence how far apart the TPOSTS should be as well as how many feet per steel pipe.

A pipe every forty feet with 3 t-posts every 10 feet between the pipes.

15-20 foot between the tpost and 100' between the lines ( 2 3/8 12') corners and stretch post need to be 3 1/2" 14'. I sell miles and miles of this material this is standard.

Thanks guys, I thought 20ft was pretty standard but wanted to make sure with high tensile fence

About what would the total cost be to run a HF for 1.5 miles to fence off a pasture. Post would be set in sandy soil with no rocks.
