Shoot through the squares of the cattle panel on your feeder pen to take a deer in the pen? I haven't done it yet but I feel pretty confident in my shooting like that lol.

Yep...if your rifle is sighted in and you are able to get a firm rest then it shouldn't be a problem. If you have it sighted in two inches high and the pen is 100 yards away you'd need to take that into account of course.

I shot one in the pen when I was about 13 hunting in sweetwater. It split one of the panel wires perfectly.. still killed the deer by miracle only

Yes, I aim for the cross in the wire because I know I will be off an inch any way.
