Morning,

I just picked the wife up a TenPoint Titan SS, looking for suggestions on broadheads. I use and LOVE the Toxic for my compound bow, but never having a crossbow, not sure what I should get her.

Thank you

If you get her expandable broadheads only use the ones rated for crossbow, those for vertical bows will often open before leaving the bow when fired from a crossbow.

Fixed blade broadheads will work but with the extra velocity and energy those with more solid blades seem to work better with less blade failure. I have used G5 Montech for crossbow and been very happy with them. Others use Slicktricks with good success as well.

G5s seem to shoot very true out of my xbow, since I've yet to shoot something not sure how they work on an animal but have heard well.

Slick trick 100 magnums here. Had 2 sows go maybe 40-50 yards and a boar went about 5 yards and fell near the feeder.

I use NAP Spitfire's out of my crossbow. Great blood and short tracks on all of the deer I have killed so far except for one doe that I hit high behind the shoulder. She ran over 100 yards but left a trail that was easy to track.

I tried the Rage crossbow broadheads and had not one but three open up in mid flight so I dumped them. I use G5 Montec 125gr crossbow broadheads with my Mission MXB-360 crossbow. They shoot fine and I shot them out to 40 yards to range in the HHA Optimizer Speed Dial I threw on my crossbow. I really like the HHA wheel and it's well worth the money.
