Any recommendations on a hunt close to San Antonio. Would like a ram for my wife, and maybe an axis doe or cow elk for me. We will be in the area sometime in mid to late January to mid February. Thanks

The ram for my wife is something she really wants to do. As for me I have no interest in a ram at this time. So as far as the axis doe or cow elk is not a must. I just want to hunt something a little different but that is tasty.. thanks

It would be February before I do any more meat hunts. The dates I have available in December or January are being saved for the red stag hunts that I need to finish booking. December is just about filled up with only one or two dates left on the weekdays. I have a three more spots open in January.
