We were fortunate enough to have this unique bird decoy over the weekend.

This bird was taken west of Eagle Lake over this past weekend. Definitely a cool bird!

None of the hunters wanted it, but we're making sure this goes on a wall.

Most likely a once in a lifetime bird for myself!

We killed one a couple years ago outside Lubbock. It took me a while to get across to the hunters how rare a hybrid like that is. One of them finally agreed to take it but it is probably still sitting in his freezer. Looking back on it we should have just kept it.
