When I met her almost four years ago, she had never shot a gun before. Now she has 3 guns, has been to South Africa on our honeymoon and shot a few antelope there, and three hogs on our land here in Tyler TX. The last two hunting seasons we sat in the blind, waited and hoped, but never saw a legal buck. This afternoon I saw a couple of bucks at the house I'm remodeling, and it got me to thinking that we really needed to get out there in our blind at home. I got home before dark and we where in the blind by 4:30pm. A little after 5pm, he walked out into the food plot and spent about ten minutes covering every inch of the food plot. Twice he took off on a run, then came back to eat some more. The shot was 100 yards and he dropped in his tracks. Perfect heart/shoulder shot. Her Remington youth model in 7mm-08 performed perfectly!!!

I learned long ago you can't reason someone out of something they don't reason themselves into.

Great going, Mrs. W

Thank you. She is super excited about the meat. She told me that she wants a roast out of it more then anything to cook for our Christmas Dinner.

Thank You Robert
