I just got my first pup and am planning to train her to hunt for sheds. Has anyone ever had luck finding sheds throughout East Texas?

Man I've never found a shed in East Texas. I haven't looked real hard but I've just never been able to find any.

Iv found many sheds in East Tx... finding main trails in thick brush, water holes, and feeders are usually best.... that and a tractor tire while mowing

Amen on the tractor tires. Build you a shed trap.

Found a few, but squirrels eat them up pretty quickly, so you need to start looking late January to mid February.
