If you wanna make that sucker really scream, try some Re26. The stuff is incredible in a SAAMI .280, and I'm sure the AI version would like it maybe even just a little more.

Is is marketed as being temperature tolerant, but maybe not in exactly those words. I would expect it to be much better than that damned Re17, anyway.

...I HAVE tried the stuff and gotten very impressive velocities but is was all in temps at or about 70*F to 95*F. Hopefully, at some point before too long I'll get to test it at 30 or 40*F to see how it does.
