Question for my buddy.....he killed a buck in an AR county that was over 13". He also hunts another county with AR's. Can he kill another buck in that county as well if over AR's? Both counties allow one buck over 13" and one unbranched.

that's precisely why you have to fill out the harvest info section on the license.

Yes. And also to make sure guys don't tag a 13" plus buck as a spike (without checking both boxes) and then go and shoot another in the same county.
