I don't know what area you're in but I would pass him up, I think he still has some growing up to do. That being said If you're happy with him and he certainly appears legal then take him.

I'm in the eastern panhandle. I thought he looked a little young, maybe 3.5. He doesn't act like a mature buck either. I mean he is dumb as a sack of hammers. There is a guy that I hunt with that has never taken a buck and been hunting for 6 years . I would love to see this guy in a few years though!
