I hunt a small patch of land and last year we noticed a does with twin fawns saw her pretty much every time we hunt it. . We have been hunting this year and while it is completely possible it is a different deer we have seen what appears to be the same doe with the same twins following the same patterns and behavior as last year.
So this would mean she did not have a fawn this year as a new one has not been seen? Wondering why? We have 4 doe days this year and for nothing more than sentimental reasons she gets a pass, but does this mean she is too old to breed or didn't get bred? Or maybe her having those twins possibly late means she didn't come in last year.
Just curious ideas as we have only recently really begun to study deer and lean all the cool stuff about them.

Maybe she did not breed. Maybe it is not the same doe. Maybe coyotes or some other predator got them. Who knows?

Maybe she now identifies as a buck.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Maybe she now identifies as a buck. Only if the OP painted his feeder like a rainbow.

Sounds like to me she had twins again this year. The twins you saw last year would be all grown up this year. It's possible that the twins from last year moved on to somewhere else.
