looking at a lease in silver for next year was wanting some help if anyone knows how the hunting is in the area thanks in advance

I looked at a lease in silver. Was like 2200 acres. Place was thick thick. Pics of bucks I saw were pretty good. The downsides were the house (not habitable) and the drive from DFW. I think it was like $2250. Would be a good place if you don't mind the drive and doing some work
