Cycle it then rinse and repeat.

Little gun grease on back side of the lugs

Go to the auto parts store and get some lapping compound, run the bolt back to front. Clean out and repeat. Once it's better, clean again, and add oil.

Don't put compound on the front of the lugs, and don't rotate the bolt to locked, just back to front, repeat.

I'll give that a shot, any reason scope lapping compound wouldn't do the trick?

Probably will, just might take some elbow grease.

One last step is if you have a bench grinder and a cotton buffing wheel. Apply buffing compound, and polish the lugs until they look chromed. Keep the buffing wheel rotation in line with the bolt, not across the lugs, if you know what I mean.

Depends on where the sticky is. But there are a few spots some lapping compound or a fine grit compound might help, or a buffing wheel. Polishing it, working it in the areas you want to free up will help, or some oil in the spots you want. But there is a reason why there action binds up slightly in the rear, due to not infringing into a previous patent.
