I can, but 223 is one I don't load a lot of, except for subs. I can load it, but it's often times less expensive than what I can make it for by the time I factor in my labor. 223 and 9mm are the 2 I don't load, since they are already so plentiful and low cost to by factory ammo. But, if you need something specific or a bullet not offered in a factory ammo, I can do it.
