 Elk Hunt 2017 recommendations

Looking to take my father on an elk hunt next year. It has been a life long dream of his to shoot a large elk (330-350 class). We would prefer to hunt rifle or muzzleloader. Any recommendations on a quality outfitter who can give us a very good realistic shot at a bull of that caliber would be appreciated. We'd be open to buying a land owner tag if needed but putting in for the draw as a first option. Thanks in advance.

Gila and apache outfitters, Michael delao, in Reserve NM, they hunt the Gila, hunted with them 3 times and have sent several friends,, great outfit
