Trying to score the axis my daughter and I shot last spring. What's the deduction for velvet? L1 32 4/8 ... 31 7/8 L2 13 2/8 ... 13 4/8 L3 8 3/8 ... 10 7/8 W 26 1/8 C1 6 5/8 ... 6 4/8 C2 4 5/8 ... 4 4/8
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Is there a deduction for it still being in velvet?
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I had a full velvet sika scored in August 2016 and there was no deduction for velvet that I know of. That being said, I am not a certified scorer.

If it is a TGR score sheet then the deduction would be 2%.
I'm not sure on SCI as I am not an official scorer for them.

"It is the same boiling water that softens the rice, which hardens the egg." It's not always about the circumstances, but what you are made of....
