Just wondering
Last few mornings in the blind I
Turn on the wifi to run my laptop
I have to check work emails and update my social media
Then it's the normal routine.
I brew coffee in my small kureg using my new solar inverter
If I have time, I'll go ahead and shave cause I hate feeling scruffy

But I haven't seen any deer at all and was wondering if they could be sensing the wifi signal and staying away ?

try turning the volume down on that new action flick you've been watching, the sound of automatic weapons and cars exploding are scaring everything away.

No worries there I bought a case of cedar cover scent wafers
But if it gets too cedary I just spray my mountain fresh Febreeze

I did just notice a fairly loud squeak coming from the ceiling fan when I accidentally hit the remote and it turned on high speed

I just had a 140 class step out and he spun his head around and pointed his antlers in the exact direction of my blind and then he bolted

If you get wifi in the stand, then you are close enough to another wifi system for the deer to sense.

No, they don't sense wifi.

No silly I make my own wifi from 4G router

I was checking The Drudge Report and heard hog noises approaching, turn it off , they don't come in.
Turn it back on, more hog noise, off no hog.
Third time on same but see movement so I toss phone on chair and hogs come in.
Dead hog.
I think the hogs must be conservative, they all work for a living and are most definitely pro life.

I do the same thing as you. Many mornings I hotspot off my iPad and send work emails. I also take calls from the blind.

I haven't noticed anything weird regarding the deer. However, I'm 20 feet up and about 200 yards away.

The 8 deer I'm watching and the 45 turkeys don't seem to notice
