It's called the "Boss Hawg" Lightly sauced pulled pork, then caramelized on a flat grill. Served on top of grilled jalapenos, with a layer of melted cheddar cheese on top. Capped off with a toasted bun, and a layer of sriracha mustard. This one is a beast. Also includes an EKG test afterward  I will be there today between 12:30 and 1:00 for one of these bad boys

We will be out to see you sometime this spring. That looks beyond delicious.

went back up here on this week and as always i was not disappointed.
I got the two meat with brisket and jalepeno sausage with mac n cheese and beans.
im a big guy and i had enough for two meals out of it.
