Trying to score the axis my daughter and I shot last spring. What's the deduction for velvet?

I had a full velvet sika scored in August 2016 and there was no deduction for velvet that I know of. That being said, I am not a certified scorer.

If it is a TGR score sheet then the deduction would be 2%.

I'm not sure on SCI as I am not an official scorer for them.
