Being relocated for work and wanting to find a lease closer to new job. Childress County would be ideal, but will look at others with in a couple of hour drive from Amarillo. Prefer 300 to 800 acres. Prefer something i can lease with my wife and 2 sons. We will all be paying members. Doesnt need water or electric but if it does thats ok too. If your group will be giving up their lease after this year keep me in mind. Already started talking to land owners i know from our business but as we all know doesnt hurt to have several eyes looking. Willing to pay a finders fee as well. My family and i are looking for a long term lease only. We are very respectful land owners our selfs and lease out 2 of our ranches now for hunting. Will pay cash for entire lease at the time of signing lease agreement.

Forgot to mention we bow hunt 98% of the time, usually only rifle hunt for pigs and coyotes. So land owner needs to be ok with bow / crossbow hunters
