OK, I hunt in two different counties (Hill and Coryell) that have the same regulations when it comes to antler restrictions, one trophy and one unbranched.

If I shoot a trophy in Hill county can I also shoot one in Coryell county? I was under the impression that once I shot a trophy in either county that was all I could get for the entire season and I'm beginning to think I'm wrong. Someone please clarify, I have asked around and got about a 50/50 split on answers.

on the hunting license you have three WT buck tags. You can shoot a trophy in both counties and a spike if you want..

I'm no expert, but My interpretation is that it's a trophy in each county.

If you hunt three different AR counties you can kill one 13" or better in each or two in two different counties and a spike in one.

Restrictions are county specific, not tag specific. You can take a trophy in both counties, and even a third in another county if you want (or a spike in one of your two).

Years ago it was zone specific but went to county about 8 or 9 years ago. Thank goodness.

Any combination of spikes or 13 inch bucks. 3 tags-3 counties-3 bucks-your choice in each!
