Greetings awesome people, since I have very little time to hunt or do anything these days, been working on creating new and improved foods to make people cry over. Smoked this butt for 14.5 hours with homemade rub thats been in the family for 30 years. Although my rendition of it has 12% less salt since the last few times I smoked, people were leaving the bark behind and that's unacceptable. Found out taste has changed from years ago and I answered by lowering the sodium, sorry dad, don't haunt me..it's a different time. Also decided to make chipotle dust and used this to create a new chipotle bbq sauce and seasoning to add to the arsenal. Enjoy the pics and happy hunting to those that are out doing what we love

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill
