Anyone else have trouble with a cuddeback not saving pictures? I walked in front of mine last night, it flashed. Checked camera, and there were only 2 pics on it. Neither were of me when it flashed. I tried to take a pic manually and it wouldn't save on either the internal memory or sd. This is after suffering through years of black pictures that the company says are because of low batteries.

gave up on cuddebacks several years ago - had 5 of them and they all were worthless - and there was ZERO customer service - they could care less

Remove batteries and leave it turned on for a while and then update the firmware from their website.

Same here. Will never spend that much on a cam again. All I buy is the cheapest ones now. Picked up 3 wildgames last year for $30 each. I have 6 wildgames now and they all are working fine. 3 of them I have had for 2 years now.
