Great story and picture. Did you harvest any of the meat, or is he coyote food? He became Yote food. I already have 4 hind quarters in the freezer so wasn't too desperate for some more pork. As far as mounting him: I did cut the head off and took it to the taxidermist yesterday to do a euro on the skull. I did one a few years ago by myself on the biggest boar I ever killed and swore I wouldn't ever do it again! I considered a shoulder mount but it didn't make sense considering he aint as big as the one I killed a few years ago and I didn't shoulder mount him either. He will look great next to my other euro though.
