So you grilled the boudin and jalapeņos prior to building, pretty interesting. I want to make this tonight! Yes I did the boudin low and slow @250 for an hour and had the jalapeņos on for 10 min. This is the first time I have grilled the jalenenos in advance and it seemed like they had more of a roasted flavor this way.

This is the popper I have been making for years. Just as much an excuse to eat boudin as it is to eat poppers.
