Quiet in Coldspring. The reason - feeder didn't go off for some reason Same problem in Coleman this morning. Staying out hoping the protein block I put in there last night helps. Good news is my nephews already seen 7 deer!

Just had a spike in front of me at 40 yards. Pulled up the rifle and zoomed in and he had one little fork on one side and a itty bitty brow on the other

I'm usually in no hurry to get to the stand on a full moon. They move later on a full moon for some reason in my experience. I'm bow hunting OK this morning.

Just had 3 dogs creating havoc. Barking, running. Then pops out a coyote. It hit the brush, no shot.

Had 2 does come by didn't come to the feeder. I don't know if I stink today or what. 3 does and a pig have done the same thing.
