This emu has shown up now and again. I planned to take him if the chance came up. He was full of worms when I cleaned him. So, I'll pass.

You will find that in many wild turkeys as well, just most guys de-breast and don't see it....

I've been accused of making sausage out of just about everything. But I don't think I could smoke that long enough to make it work. I've seen a few turkeys with the same thing. Either way it's fun to shoot them as sometimes it looks like shooting a pillow.
I Feed Indian Corn. The deer love it and all the colors make them stay at the feeder longer.

This.... Rhea are a different species than Emu, but are similar in that they are both ratites (birds that cannot fly)
